We respect your time. Our interview process is designed to be rigorous but efficient, giving both you and us a chance to see if we're a good fit.
Initial Application & Recruiter Screen
A 30-minute introductory call to discuss your background, what you're looking for, and an overview of QuizApp and the role.
Hiring Manager Interview
A 45-minute deep dive into your experience, past projects, and how your skills align with our current needs.
Technical / Practical Assessment
We don't do whiteboarding trick questions. You'll complete a practical take-home assignment or a pair-programming session resembling actual work you'd do here.
Team Fit & Founders Interview
Meet with potential teammates and a co-founder to discuss culture, long-term vision, and ask any final questions.
