1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuizApp, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use this application for personal, non-commercial educational viewing and interaction only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on QuizApp's web site;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium users are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods. Subscription access is granted immediately upon successful payment processing.

4. Content Guidelines

Users must not post inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted materials to the community sections. We reserve the right to remove any content or ban users who violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on QuizApp's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. QuizApp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall QuizApp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QuizApp's website, even if QuizApp or a QuizApp authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on QuizApp's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. QuizApp does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. QuizApp may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Links

QuizApp has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by QuizApp of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

10. Termination
